What is QuilPOS?
QuilPOS is an offline-first point-of-sale (POS) program for small shops and businesses in Algeria. It runs on a shop computer, a laptop, or an Android tablet, and it keeps working without an internet connection. QuilPOS Lite is built for merchants who want to ring up sales in seconds, accept cash or card, offer credit to trusted customers, track stock and low-stock alerts, record customer payments and returns, review daily sales and orders, and manage employees with individual logins and access levels. It prints customer receipts and kitchen tickets, and everything is saved locally on the device — you only connect to the internet if you choose to sync between multiple devices. There are no monthly fees for the basics. QuilPOS Pro adds category-level inventory management, sales reporting by day, week, and month, and runs on Windows desktop or in a web browser. Both products are developed by MerxSoft, a software studio based in Relizane, Algeria.
